Returns
You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. You can send back the whole order or just part of it. (the goods must be not worn, in the original package with all the labels enclosed)
PLEASE do not tape, label or otherwise damage the original shoe box, wrap it in additional packaging.
Attach your invoice or a note with your name or order number to the returned goods.
Please use the following return address as applicable for your country - DO NOT FORGET TO WRITE DOWN THE ID97420874!
Once your return arrives at the collection address, it's forwarded to our central warehouse, it takes some 7-10 days. After that, we process the return and reimburse your money (either by Credit Card or bank transfer). Transportation to the collection point is paid by the customer.
Please do not ship the goods as cash on delivery, we cannot accept it.

The price for arranging the return of goods through our agents is EUR 3. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Thank you for your understanding.
