Returns
You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. You can send back the whole order or just part of it. (the goods must be not worn, in the original package with all the labels enclosed)
PLEASE do not tape, label or otherwise damage the original shoe box, wrap it in additional packaging.
Please use the following return address as applicable for your country - DO NOT FORGET TO WRITE DOWN THE ID97420874!
You just pay the cost of the local shipment.
Once your return arrives at the collection address, it's forwarded to our central warehouse, it takes some 7-10 days. After that, we process the return and reimburse your money (either by Credit Card or bank transfer).
Please do not ship the goods as cash on delivery, we cannot accept it.
